South and North Korea, Germany, Yemen and China are the divided countries that have existed in the whole world. Germany and Yeman had liquidated division in the 1990s. Currently, only South and North Korea are the existing divided countries except China and Taiwan. South and North Korea held the Summit twice in 2000, 2007 and are making efforts to overcome the different elements of both countries. Legal integration is also a important assignment South and North Korea should work on in the unification process.<BR> After unification, real democracy and constitutionalism should be realized in Korea. Rather than taking special unification legislative procedure it is required to spread and apply South Korea"s law just like the example of Germany, and exclude non-democratic non-constitutional legal systems and elements of North Korea. Of course some transitional managements should be done in order to protect North Koreans who don"t understand liberal democracy well. Moreover, cooperative structure should be built between peoples in both countries.
