네일 칼라링에 관한 연구 - 아세톤 농도에 따른 네일 손상도를 중심으로

The Study of Nail Coloring -Degree of Demage on Nail by Concentration of Ace Tone-

&nbsp;&nbsp;This study was conducted to investigate the morphological change of nail, using the SPM(Scanning Probe Microscope), due to the concentration of acetone which is used frequently in nail-decoloring in the field of nail care and also due to the time of lapse after acetone-applying, and so to provide the fundamental data on study of nail care.<BR>&nbsp;&nbsp;Number of total subjects were 36 womens who were all healthy. The group were devided into two sub-groups : one group of 35 women in the twenties and nail cared, the other group of women at the age for 18, 23, 27, 33, 37, 42, 48 each and not nail cared. Degree of damage on nail was determined to left hand nails of all women by SPM. The results of this study were as follow. 70 percent of aceton concentration was the lowest degree of damage on nail.<BR>&nbsp;&nbsp;The degree of damage on nail at the time of decoloring was more higher in the case of the color with glitter than without glitter. The degree of damage on nail was increased by increasing exposure time of aceton.
