A Study of Cooperative Occupational Experience Programs in Beauty-related Department

&nbsp;&nbsp;The Purpose of this study is used as basic data when we set up more effective cooperative occupational experience programs plan at school by searching various opinion and degree of satisfaction about cooperative occupational experience programs from a student learning beauty - related department. This study showed that types of problems which have been reviewed is still occurring now and the below suggestions should be highlighted and done in order to change current cooperative occupational experience programs.<BR>&nbsp;&nbsp;(1) More effective training timetable &amp; Management Control<BR>&nbsp;&nbsp;(2) Increase training period and Experience a lot of parts<BR>&nbsp;&nbsp;(3) Suggestion from student to improve cooperative occupational experience programs.<BR>&nbsp;&nbsp;Through these improvements, The distance between school &amp; industry become more closer and Student can get more cooperative occupational experience programs.
