A Study on the Problems and Improvement in Beauty Salon of Curriculum

&nbsp;&nbsp;This Study examined the education-curriculum of beauty to reduce the difference on the students of the beauty salon shop manager. So, this study approach by ISD(Instructional System Development) for development the education-curriculum of beauty.<BR>&nbsp;&nbsp;According to the research result, Between the needs of student and beauty salon manager differenced. The students requested to beauty skill and beauty management in relation to Job ability. On the other hand, The beauty salon manager request to humanity education in relation to organization.<BR>&nbsp;&nbsp;As the conclusion of the study, this study outcomes are suggested for academicians and practitioners to reduce the difference of needs it for development their beauty education system.
