The purpose of this study is to suggest a solution to the employment-related stress of Junior College students after examining the employment-related stress intensity of Junior College students with stress factors to be occurred around Junior College students.<BR> In consideration of the results of this study and preceding studies, Junior College students have recognized sellective basis of their job as a means of displaying their ability. Also, they recognized special technique and ability to be important for the condition and method of employment, or promotion, so it was considered for a desirable view of profession to have been formed.<BR> However, it was poor to get<BR> After all, their stress appeared to build up due to discord to expectation of parents abont them, school facilities, and job after graduation by the above-mentioned factors.<BR> Especially, we should think much of which their discord of job after graduation becomes a factor of stress, though the rate of employment of Junior College students has been far higher than 4-year university students.<BR> To overcome these problems, it is important to rationally restore relation and communication between students and professors which have become factor of stress.<BR> Namely, students who feel not to be sufficiently prepared for their ability necessary for employment will have to continuously try to get license of qualification by improving skill for the short 2-year educational period, but it is necessary for school to continuously offer employment-related materials, and to satisfactorily secure and expand facilities and machines necessary for a major for rapid change of the present times.<BR> Especially, if professors approach to problems of students through positive communication with students for effective guide of job, they can free their mind from anxiety related to employment.
