미용기술학원 교육실태에 관한 연구 - 자격검정대비반을 중심으로

A Study on the Program of Beauty Academy - Focus on the class for qualifying test -

&nbsp;&nbsp;The aim of this study was to understand the education progrem of beauty academy and problems of National Hairdressing Technical Qualifying Test(NHTQT) and to suggest improvement ways of it.<BR>&nbsp;&nbsp;The survey was made on 328 students studying at license preparatory classes in beauty academy in Seoul.<BR>&nbsp;&nbsp;1. Dissatisfaction rate was higher than the satisfaction rate on education program.<BR>&nbsp;&nbsp;2. The theory education of most of the preparatory courses for national hairdressing ability qualification examination was based on textbook and solving exercises.<BR>&nbsp;&nbsp;3. Subjects of the qualifying test that need change were; 53.6% answered "finger wave &amp; pin curl" which showed the highest percentage. Subjects that need to be added were "hygiene practice", "practical cut", "up style", "shampooing &amp; hair treatment" in the order of high percentage of the answer.<BR>&nbsp;&nbsp;4. On the question, can the preparatory education for the license be applied immediately on executing the job, the rate was high on the answer "can not be applied". 81.0% answered the reason was that the education is based solely on acquiring the license.
