The purpose of modern beauty artist Certificate is to educate the beauty artist who can keep pace with the trend of modern job society, which is professional, various and valuable and this Certificate has been developed at content and method.<BR> In this paper, at first beauty artist Certificate of Japan, America, England and France was analyzed and then our beauty artist Certificate was researched from a point of efficiency and practical. From these analysis, new beauty artist Certificate which is more efficient and practical was devised and suggested.
