A study of determinative factors for the beautician"s stress

&nbsp;&nbsp;In rapidly changing modern industrial society, the stress becomes an important issue, this study researched about the stress of beauticians.<BR>&nbsp;&nbsp;The purpose of this study was to offer the basic data to effectively perform their task and to suggest better working environment as it identifies that the correlation between the outcome and level of effectiveness influenced from the determinative factors of stress.<BR>&nbsp;&nbsp;In the actual research, using the method of frequency, percentage, mean value, and regression analysis, collected data were distributed by SAS according to the purpose of research.<BR>&nbsp;&nbsp;As the significant results of this study are following:<BR>&nbsp;&nbsp;First, the maximum level of stress of beauticians was 3.96. and minimum level was 2.89. Average was 3.47. beauticians suffer higher stress than normal people do. The highest field was conflict with customer(3.89), and the lowest one was heavy duty(3.04). Secondly, the study identified that stress level for duty was increased by determinative factor of stress at the result of analyzing correlation between the determinative factor and stress level for duty.<BR>&nbsp;&nbsp;Also, the conflict with customer was the most important factor of stress. Thirdly, the study showed that outcome of duty was decreased as stress level for duty increased at the result of analyzing correlation between outcome of duty and stress level for duty.<BR>&nbsp;&nbsp;Because the beauty work is a cooperative work with superiors, colleagues, and subordinates, negative interpersonal relationship unlikely influences on performance of duty under stress.<BR>&nbsp;&nbsp;Stress factors of beauticians like unkindness for customers cause customer dissatisfaction due to the characters of their work on direct physical contact to customers.<BR>&nbsp;&nbsp;Therefore, improving working condition and efficiency should be continued to prevent expected problems related working environment in advance.<BR>&nbsp;&nbsp;As expected results of the study, first, it shows the solution to improve their personal health as the determinative factors of stress were identified.<BR>&nbsp;&nbsp;Secondly, the analysis of the influential factors and working stress as a resource would apply to improve working ability and to prevent stress effectively.<BR>&nbsp;&nbsp;Thirdly, the solution to maximize customer satisfaction and to improve artistic ability could apply to offer healthful working environment.
