Study about hair style of a kitsch characteristic to have been reflected on collection for the 21st century

&nbsp;&nbsp;Todays society is a complex one where various elements coexist. The historic morality and the absolute standard of aesthetics have faded and as a result of different values and concepts, there exists a diversity in aesthetic values. Therefore, the newer concept of aesthetics cannot simply be defined as the beauty and the ugly.<BR>&nbsp;&nbsp;The Kitsch style has prospered throughout the 20th century. Thus, there is a need for studying the Kitsch hair style which has been appearing in more diverse manner in the 21st century. By examining the Kitsch hair style in the collections in the beginning years of the 21st century, 2000~2003, one should be able to understand the characteristics, origins and backgrounds and define the meaning of the Kitsch hair style.<BR>&nbsp;&nbsp;The etymology of the word, the concept, origins and backgrounds of Kitsch are studied by examining previous studies and related documents and also internet resources and selected fashion magazines were examined to define the Kitsch hair style.<BR>&nbsp;&nbsp;While the aesthetics theory is applied to the production of the art, the Kitsch is of a great importance which is the product of modern mass society.
