Antifungal effect of bioactive fractions aganist the dermatophytic fungus Trichophyton mentagrophytes

  에탄올추출물과 활성분획을 사용하여 두피곰팡이균에 대한 항진균효과를 조사하였다. 에탄올추출물은 추출물의 농도증가에 따라 P388세포의 증식억제효과가 관찰되었으며, 두피곰팡이균인 Trichophyton mentagrophytes에 대한 항진균 활성도 나타났다. 두피곰팡이균은 활성분획 4에서 가장 강한 항진균 활성(HM 8)과 함께, 세포독성(P388 IC？？ 652ng/㎖ at 75㎍/disk)을 관찰할 수 있었다.

  The Antifungal effect of crude extract and bioactive fractions aganist the dermatophytic fungi was investigated. This extract showed a dose-dependent increase of cell antiproliferation after treatment with the crude ethanol extract. Among the bioactive fractons, cytotoxic and antifungal activities were strongly shown by Fr. 4 (218mg, P388 IC？？ 652ng/㎖ at 75㎍/disk and HM 8). These results suggest that Fr. 4 retains antifungal compounds.
