The purpose of this paper: first, to survey hair beauty expense per population statistical variable; second, price satisfactions in technical items; third, to study satisfactions of technical levels; last, to study satisfactions of technical variations.
To collect data, I had surveyed with the objects of 400 female collage students that used beauty shop-100 students per grade- using 26 questions and degrees of 5 levels, during March 2002, in Busan.
In the population statistical variable, the spending money of arts-majoring students is the most expensive-300,000 won in average- and about cost for beauty in a month, the group of "under 30,000 won in average" is the majority indicating 34.8%. In the price satisfactions, dyeing and treatment in order and items of perm, cutting, and dry didn"t show many difference. And in the technical level, "Normal" is responded most reflecting 54.8%, and "Yes(satisfied)" is second(25.8%). - In general, about the technical levels of beauty they responded some sort of satisfaction. Because technique and character of hair-designer is different in each, it is the customer that improve satisfactions by choice. - In the variations of technique the most responded answer is "Normal(61.5%)" and students are generally satisfied in technical variations.
So, the comment for further study: it is necessary to generalize this study through expanding the objects in diverse ages and classes, and more purposes that indicate the satisfactions in using hair-shop. More various approaches including customer"s character affecting satisfactions such as social classes, ages, incomes, and job are required and the survey to apply experiment design to real conditions is necessary.
