&nbsp;&nbsp;This study is to discern which relation-specific factor will affect positively on franchise success in the long run, with the method of advance study regarding credibility and concentration, by accessing in a relation marketing aspect that emphasizes on symbiotic mutual dependent relation. Also, this study is to explain how important it is on running the franchise system to execute the relation marketing standpoint and which factor will determine the actual franchise relation quality.<BR>&nbsp;&nbsp;Due to the beauty salon business characteristic, without strict selection criteria, stable supply of service quality from headquarters and continuous relation management on franchise through the education and guidance, beauty service franchise will rarely survive in the market. Especially, education on professional technology for hairstylist and achievement on technology standardization of franchise system through the meticulous guidance would be the most important.
