The study on mental stress care with aromatherapy

&nbsp;&nbsp;Not only are we exposed to the stress of daily life, but excessive stress can cause many kinds of diseases. Some medical experts have reported that Aromatherapy can be used as a mental stress care some of essential oil used for aromatherapy affects a central nervous system, and relieves the symtoms of anxiety, depression, and inertia caused by stress.<BR>&nbsp;&nbsp;To study Aromatherapy and things related to it. I look over what stress is, what type of stress there is, how stress affects our bodies, how its concept and type have changed up to now. Finally I describe the effective method of the mental stress care.
