Therefore, it is important for hair-designers to closely be in touch with what is happening in the fash ion world.<BR>&nbsp;&nbsp;In conclusion, it is extremely important for hair designers to understand that, when designing permanent waves, not only is technique important, but also his/her artistic skills. Equally important is that designers have a firm grasp of the notio n of total coordination. These two points cannot be stressed enough.
