Make-up pattern and purpose of the ancient

  The main purpose of this treatise is to study the make-up pattern and purpose of the ancient. Yeonji and Joosa (red sand) were used as lip make up. The major color of lip make up was red. In the ancient, there were various kinds of primal actions such as Base make up, Eye make up, Lip make up which were used in the purpose of ornament, amendment, body protection, and incantation.
