&nbsp;&nbsp;20th century such as technological development, appearance of mass-production, the First and the Second World Wars, the emancipation of women, financial panic, and artistic innovation. All these changes have great influence on total coordination. The concept of &quot;ethnic&quot; has been appeared since 20th century with much interests about environment and exotic hobbies. Therefor traditional costumes are mostly in fashion shows these days and also the traditional make-up and hair-style are getting popular. fashion trend reflects present coordination so ethnic is big thema of fashion. ethnic styles were main temeaes on several fashion shows for a while. A lot of designers long for making costumes according to traditional bias.<BR>&nbsp;&nbsp;Recently, people&quot;s interest has been transferred from garments to make-up, so that various self-presentation iseasily possible, also, the trend has been changed as total coordination which represents individuality and can follow fashion. The fashion is not only costume, it followed make-up, hair-style, accessory, shoes and nail-design. to say more specific, study of ethnic nail-design has not been investigated rather then the make-up and fashion has been. In conclusion, this study is aboutethnic color image application of nail-design. Each national traditions on make-up style art handled through this study. Find out ethnic color of image by body variations such as body paintings of aborigines art represented into primary ethnic make-up andapplication to nail-design. as for colors, white, black and red has preferred traditionally in their ritual were used for the most part. In this study shows example of nail-design that based ethnic color scheme.<BR>&nbsp;&nbsp;I hope that this study will contribute to the development of various nail-design as a genre of art based on a creative and an open spirits without a formal restriction.
