This study was conducted to analyze the job satisfaction and job performance in cosmetologists on the basis of demonociological variables.<BR> In this study, research data was gathered and collected by questionnaire and interviews from 80 cosmetologists who are working at the hair salons in Pusan and Kyungnam area.<BR> Statistical techniques to analyze the data were one-way ANOVA, Pearson"s correlation analysis. The major findings of the study were as follows :<BR> Firstly, in case of organizational commitment of cosmetologists, the perception of value commitment among age, the level of education, were significant difference. Older hair designers, the high level of working period had significantly greater organizational commitment than their effort.<BR> Secondly, the relationship between the organizational commitment and job performance was not appeared.
