A comparison Study on the Damage According to Hair Type

&nbsp;&nbsp;Types of hair have been determined by heredity, because of genetic factors, curly hair is much more dominant than straight hair.<BR>&nbsp;&nbsp;This paper will provide fundamental data about damage to curly and straight hair when it is permed and dyed. For the purpose of reducing damage to the hair surface, observational comparative research was conducted.<BR>&nbsp;&nbsp;Perming and dyeing were treatments of one time and three times in 10days intervals, and in each case treated for 30 minutes at 25˚C and 50˚C respectively.<BR>&nbsp;&nbsp;When perming and dyeing were applied under the same conditions, i.e., temperature, duration time, frequency, material, cuticle of curly hair was damaged more severly than straight hair
