The Whitening Effect of the mixture of Johyeob and Cheongung

&nbsp;&nbsp;Recently many efforts were focused to develop new therapeutic agents against skin pigmentation abnormalities.<BR>&nbsp;&nbsp;The aim of this study was to investigate the skin-whitening effect of the mixture of Johyeob and Cheongung. Inhibitory effects of Johyeob and Cheongung extracts on melanin synthesis were studied. Namely, UV-absorbing ability, free radical scavenging activity and tyrosinase inhibitory of Johyeob and Cheongung extracts were investigated. In this study should that the extracts of Johyeob and Cheongung were found to inhibit the activity of tyrosinase. Moreover they absorbed wavelength in the UV-B and UV-C region, and extracts of Johyeob and Cheongung had free radical scavenging activity. spherical shape.<BR>&nbsp;&nbsp;The results suggest that mixture of Johyeob and Cheongung extracts is useful cosmeceuticals for whitening cosmetics.
