A study on the response to the iron perm by operator and clients

&nbsp;&nbsp;The quantitatively expanded situation surrounding the beauty industry does not seem to promise a rosy future ahead along with the changed consciousness of the clients today. The successful management of beauty parlors will depend on the development of the unique and differentiating beauty-related manuals in the wake of the global limitless competition.<BR>&nbsp;&nbsp;A survey was conducted on the iron perm, a kind of heat perm, fromthe perspective of both operators and clients to analyze its current status, problems, effects and future prospect, which produced the following results.<BR>&nbsp;&nbsp;First,the operation of iron perm is perceived as a new and creative product compared to the general gold wave perm, widely-known quick setting perm, magic straight perm and digital perm. The operation ratio of the iron perm was found to be minimal at best except the beauty parlor which has long adhered to the iron perm.<BR>&nbsp;&nbsp;Secondly, the iron perm is known to have the same effect as the iron setting, whose strength is prominently expressed through effects of drying after shampooing with the volume given to the short layered hairdo. This has led to the steadily increasing interest in the product of iron perm.<BR>&nbsp;&nbsp;Thirdly, the operator’s unique skills and expertise accumulated over time earned the recognition of its worth of charge, and the mixture of the existing perm with the iron perm is going to be accepted as a way to create value added.<BR>&nbsp;&nbsp;Fourth, it is expected that the interest in the iron perm will continue to increase due to the feature of natural curly hair with the merits and demerits being supplemented, and satisfying the needs of the multi-faceted people today.<BR>&nbsp;&nbsp;Fifth, during the operation, clients put their entire trust in the operator’s skills and career, and it is required that hair designers should not spare efforts in cultivating their eye of aesthetics.<BR>&nbsp;&nbsp;Lastly, the key factors in the successful management of beauty parlors lie in the differentiation, creativity and establishment of trust in the skills. In this regard, continued interest and researches by people engaged in the beauty industryis expected more than ever.
