&nbsp;&nbsp;The purpose of this study was to suggest the knowlege and scientific information of the damage and improvement according to hair cutting and perm and coloring manipulation.Got the following conclusion in order to provide basic data for an improvement of the administration of medicine methods which can minimize damage of hair.<BR>&nbsp;&nbsp;1. The Morphological characteristic normal hair had the scale that cuticle was uniform and the stable face in the results, the side&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; observation that observed to injection electron microscopes (SEM). cuticle of Perm hair was coming generally off, and there seemed&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; to be a lot of unstable floors. coloring hair was animated partially with scale dropped.<BR>&nbsp;&nbsp;2.
