  The modern beauty industry is undergoing changes in inside and outside environments. The Purpose of this study is to characterize the performable ability of duties of the graduate specializing in the beauty department and engaged in beauty business. These data were analysed by using frequency analysis, ANOVA by SPSS WIN package. The results of this study are as follows; It was proved that the performable ability of duties, knowledge performing duties and ability holding of skill was superior the university graduate and the performable period of duties was superior the high school graduate , specializing in the beauty department. It was proved that most of the academy graduates of beauty department run short of the culture, the foreign language and the major theory of the performable ability of duties. It was proved that the need for opening the curriculum of practical business at a high school of beauty department was urgent and period of practical training of the academy graduate, the high school graduate and the college graduate of the beauty department is good generally more than one month. There is almost no discrepancy in ability among graduates of beauty departments, it is considered to be in need of education brought practical training into focus to the present course of study. There is difference at the period of practical training. It is considered for the academy graduate or the college graduate of beauty department to be in need of practical training for long.
