환경적 불확실성과 기업 간 협력이 공급사슬유연성에 미치는 영향분석

A Study on The Effects of Environmental Uncertainty and Inter-firm Collaboration Practice on Supply Chain Flexibility

  본 연구는 환경 불확실성이 공급사슬관리의 기업 간 협력에 미치는 영향을 연구하고, 아울러 기업 간 협력이 공급사슬유연성에 미치는 영향을 연구하였다. 또한 제품별 공급사슬 적절성이 기업간 협력과 공급사슬유연성에 조절변수의 효과가 있는 지를 연구하였다. 환경 불확실성은 고객 불확실성과 공급자 불확실성, 경쟁자 불확실성, 기술 불확실성 등으로 분류하고. 이들 각각의 불확실성이 기업 간 협력 관계에 미치는 영향을 분석하였다. 이를 위해 선행연구들을 고찰하여 연구모형을 개발한 후 가설을 설정하고 실증 분석하였다. 검증결과 환경 불확실성은 기업 간 협력실행에 부(-)의 유의적인 영향을 미쳤고, 환경 불확실성 중 공급자 불확실성과 경쟁자 불확실성도 기업 간 협력 실행에 부(-)의 영향을 미쳤다. 그러나 고객 불확실성과 기술 불확실성은 기업 간 협력실행에 비유의적이나 정(+)의 영향을 미쳤다. 그리고 기업 간 협력실행은 공급사슬 유연성에 긍정적 영향을 미치는 것으로 조사되었고, 또한 이들 협력 관계 요인들과 공급사슬 유연성 사이에 제품별 공급사슬의 적절성이 조절변수로서의 의미는 없는 것으로 나타났다.

&nbsp;&nbsp;Successful supply chain management requires the integration of the entities in a value chain to create a cooperative and collaborative environment that facilitates information exchange and shared decision-making across value chains. Both effective and ineffective firms in supply chains use their management processes to achieve multiple performance outcomes. The primary differences are in the way they handle environmental uncertainty, nature of partnerships, usage of IT Tools, scope and quality of information flows and supply chain integration.<BR>&nbsp;&nbsp;This paper has three specific objectives to study on the relationship between inter-firm collaboration practice(Supply chain Partnership, Usage of IT Tools, Information Quality, Support of CEO) and supply chain flexibility. The important relationships to be tested include; (1)the direct impact of environmental uncertainty and inter-firm collaboration practice (2)the direct impact of inter-firm collaboration practice and supply chain flexibility (3)A moderating effect of matching supply chains with products on the relationship between inter-firm collaboration practice and Supply chain Flexibility.<BR>&nbsp;&nbsp;This study shows that supplier uncertainty have a negative effect and the collaboration practice have an effect on the flexibility of supply chain, but the matching supply chains with products have no effect on the inter-firm cooperation and th flexibility of supply chain as a moderating variable.<BR>&nbsp;&nbsp;In result, we could read that the inter-firm collaboration practice that enable firms to exchange the substantial information about the risks and the business results on basis of inter-firm vision sharing and reliability can affects the flexibility of supply chain. In succeeding study, we think that the increase of sample size, the research of the big effective variable, the impact of heterogeneous variable and control variable need to be reflected.
