노동조합 지도부의 집단주의 가치관이 파업성향에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구

A Study on the Effect of Collectivism on Union Militancy among Union Leaders

&nbsp;&nbsp;노동조합의 전투성을 나타내는 파업성향의 결정요인에는 경제적 변수와 개인 특성 등 여러 가지가 있는데, 이 중 최근 들어 관심의 대상이 되고 있는 것이 집단주의 가치관이다. 지금까지 개인주의와 집단주의는 여러 연구를 통해서 문화권 또는 개인 간의 특성을 비교하면서 발전해 왔는데, 연구가 거듭될수록 이를 문화적 차원이 아닌 개인의 가치성향으로 인식하는 심리적 개념으로 다루는 경향을 보이고 있다.<BR>&nbsp;&nbsp;이러한 맥락에서, 본 논문의 목적은 노동조합 지도부를 대상으로 집단주의 가치관이 과연 파업성향에 영향을 미치는지, 그리고 그 과정에서 이념을 비룻한 여러 가지 면에서 대비되는 한국노총이나 민주노총과 같은 총연합단체의 조절효과가 있는지의 여부를 살펴보는 데 있다.<BR>&nbsp;&nbsp;이러한 연구목적을 달성하기 위하여 한국노총 산하 금속노련과 민주노총 산하 금속연맹 소속의 75개 단위노조의 1,500명의 노동조합 지도부들을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였다. 회수된 설문지는 총 430부였으나 이 중 불성실하게 응답한 50부를 제외한 380부를 SPSS/WIN 12.0을 사용하여 분석하였다.<BR>&nbsp;&nbsp;분석결과, 첫째, 노동조합지도부의 집단주의적 가치관은 합법파업성향이나 불법파업성향에 관계없이 파업성향에 정의 영향을 미치는것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 집단주의 가치관이 파업성향에 영향을 미치는데 있어서, 민주노총 소속 노동조합 지도부와 한국노총 소속 노동조합 지도부 사이에 합법파업성향에 있어서는 유의적인 차이를 보이지 않았으나, 불법착업성향에 있어서는 유의적인 차이가 나타나 독립변수가 종속변수인 불법파업성향에 영향을 미치는데 있어서 소속노총의 조절효과가 나타났다.

&nbsp;&nbsp;The determinants of the intensity of strike that means union militancy are several. Among them, collectivistic value is emerging as a major object of interest recently,<BR>&nbsp;&nbsp;In this context, the main purpose of this study is to examine the effect of collectivism on union militancy among union leaders and where there is the moderating effects between collectivistic value and the union militancy in korea.<BR>&nbsp;&nbsp;To accomplish this research objective. 1.500 union leaders from 150 unit unions under FKTU(Federation of Korean Trade Unions) and KCTU(Korean Confederation of Trade Unions) were randomly selected and surveyed with questionnaire method. The results of analysis that used effective 380 questionnaires by SPSS/WIN 12.0 are summarized as follows:<BR>&nbsp;&nbsp;First, the collectivism of labor union leaders in korea made a positive effect on the union militancy. Second, FKTU and KCTU didn&quot;t moderate the relationship between collectivism and union militancy. Finally, this study concludes with practical implications and limitations of this study.
