지역 건설시장 실태 분석 연구

&nbsp;&nbsp;In general, the construction industry has an important role in the regional economy. Owing to the decreased construction investment in succession, however, business environment of small and medium-sized construction companies is getting worse. In order to search for suitable counter-measures against the circumstance, it is needed to analyze the actual state of regional construction markets first.<BR>&nbsp;&nbsp;Based on the above awareness, this study tried to analyze the business structure and characteristics of local construction markets. However, this study didn&quot;t deal with the strategic management plans for the companies and direct governmental policies for activating the local construction industry.<BR>&nbsp;&nbsp;This study analyzed the diverse actual state of the construction industry by 16 districts. Besides analyzing dynamic variation characteristics through the time-series analysis, cross-section analyses were undertaken for comparing the characteristics between districts. The analyzed period of the time-series analysis was 11 years from 1995 to 2005, except for some analysis items.<BR>&nbsp;&nbsp;The major contents of this study are as follows; Chapter analyzed the trend Ⅱ of proportions of regional construction investment to GRDP(gross regional domestic product) by districts. Chapter analyzed the scale of production and engagement Ⅲ structure of the regional construction industry. Chapter analyzed the investment Ⅳ density and the grade of local infrastructure. Chapter analyzed the structural Ⅴ variation and the scale with focus on local construction market. Chapter Ⅵ examined and analyzed the business outcome and business status with focus on local construction companies. Finally, Chapter derived some suggestions in Ⅶ terms of policy and business management based on the analyzed results for the local construction market.<BR>&nbsp;&nbsp;On the other hand, this study focused on analyzing the actual state of regional construction market as well as average characteristics and outcomes of the local companies. Consequently, this study is insufficient to suggest the improved policies for overall construction industry and have limits to indicate only some significant suggestions derived from the analysis process.
