A Study on the Evaluation of Real Estate Consulting in Korea

CONTENTS<BR>&nbsp;&nbsp;(1) RESEARCH OBJECTIVES<BR>&nbsp;&nbsp;The purpose of this study is to evaluate the real estate consulting in Korea using the survey for specialists of real estate.<BR>&nbsp;&nbsp;(2) RESEARCH METHOD<BR>&nbsp;&nbsp;This study was focused on survey analysis. The data for this analysis were collect from the questionnaire. This questionnaire consisted of the status of real estate market in Korea and the problems of real estate consulting regime. Especially this study used to the crosstabulation analysis and the analysis of variance (ANOVA).<BR>&nbsp;&nbsp;(3) RESEARCH FINDINGS<BR>&nbsp;&nbsp;In the results of this survey, the most important problem is the absent of certificated licence of real estate consulting.<BR>&nbsp;&nbsp;2. RESULTS<BR>&nbsp;&nbsp;This study offers two alternatives to improve the real estate consulting in Korea. 1) It is strongly suggested introducing an authorized licence system for real estate consulting. 2) Industrial classification system in Korea should be supplement the real estate consulting area.
