In this study, the price influence factors are selected by previous study adding critical cause.<BR>&nbsp;&nbsp;(2) RESEARCH METHOD<BR>&nbsp;&nbsp;AHP(Analytic Hierarchy Process) survey used for investigate the priority of these factors.<BR>&nbsp;&nbsp;(3) RESEARCH RESULT<BR>&nbsp;&nbsp;The meaningful characteristic found on the size of housing(0.206). Moreover Lapse years(0.221), Flourish possibility of local region(0.104), elevation of building(0.081) and construction company(brand, 0.071) are verified as superiority factors in sequence of priority.<BR>&nbsp;&nbsp;2.
