The Evaluation and Diagnosis of Land Use Regulation

&nbsp;&nbsp;1. CONTENTS<BR>&nbsp;&nbsp;(1) RESEARCH OBJECTIVES<BR>&nbsp;&nbsp;The history of our land use regulation since the 1945 Liberation has been already passed for half a century or more. It will be evaluated in this paper and the direction of land use regulation from now on will be diagnosed as well.<BR>&nbsp;&nbsp;(2) RESEARCH METHOD<BR>&nbsp;&nbsp;First of all, the evaluation index of land use regulation will be set up. As provided by our constitution, vitality, efficiency and equity have been set up as the chief purposes of land use regulation.<BR>&nbsp;&nbsp;(3) RESEARCH RESULTS<BR>&nbsp;&nbsp;According to this evaluation index, our land use regulations are not having formated rationally. It didn&quot;t answer the fundamental philosophy. There were many lacks of rational judgement about that even when the confusion and conflict of evaluation value had happened.<BR>&nbsp;&nbsp;2. RESULTS<BR>&nbsp;&nbsp;The land use regulations, Lee-Mueng-Bark Government had made plans are holding like that the previous problems as before. But, the Government is keeping more advanced devices than existing devices in both vitality and efficiency. Of course, it is necessary for the Government to set up newly the philosophy of land use regulation. Also, the change of strengthening and weakening by each cases is required of the administrative procedure today.
