A Study on the Necessity to the Application of PMC in Domestic Large Scale Construction Projects for National Real Estate Rationally Management by Government Operation Projects

CONTENTS<BR>&nbsp;&nbsp;(1) RESEARCH OBJECTIVES<BR>&nbsp;&nbsp;Our aim was the rationally management of the national real estate, to leverage advantages for the product line of government operating construction project using partnering based on a program management consortium (FMC) model and to implement an ongoing feedback program of best practice/lessons learned to minimize the mistakes made in sequenced construction. T he purpose of this study is to evaluate the real estate consulting in Korea using the survey for specialists of real estate.<BR>&nbsp;&nbsp;(2) RESEARCH METHOD<BR>&nbsp;&nbsp;To achieve the research objectives, this study analyzed the case studies(Domestic experienced &amp; USFK relocation program) and performed face-to-face interviews and survey.<BR>&nbsp;&nbsp;(3) RESEARCH RESULTS<BR>&nbsp;&nbsp;The results of this study are as follows, Finding out the program Management Consortium development process and successful operating factors..<BR>&nbsp;&nbsp;2. RESULTS<BR>&nbsp;&nbsp;This study have been to define and investigating the critical success factors of the Program Management Consortium projects can meet multinational needs. As Program Management Consortium projects becomes more of a strategic initiative within owner organizations, a more common-sense approach will be applied to the implementation of plans and specifications.
