1. CONTENTS<BR> (1) RESEARCH OBJECTIVES<BR> Our aim was the rationally management of the national real estate, to leverage advantages for the product line of government operating construction project using partnering based on a program management consortium (FMC) model and to implement an ongoing feedback program of best practice/lessons learned to minimize the mistakes made in sequenced construction. T he purpose of this study is to evaluate the real estate consulting in Korea using the survey for specialists of real estate.<BR> (2) RESEARCH METHOD<BR> To achieve the research objectives, this study analyzed the case studies(Domestic experienced & USFK relocation program) and performed face-to-face interviews and survey.<BR> (3) RESEARCH RESULTS<BR> The results of this study are as follows, Finding out the program Management Consortium development process and successful operating factors..<BR> 2. RESULTS<BR> This study have been to define and investigating the critical success factors of the Program Management Consortium projects can meet multinational needs. As Program Management Consortium projects becomes more of a strategic initiative within owner organizations, a more common-sense approach will be applied to the implementation of plans and specifications.
