RESULTS<BR>&nbsp;&nbsp;The influence of the attractive properties of investment in real estate on realized rate of return was found to come out by the order of developmental possibility, guaranty of earnings, and possibility of authorization and permission.<BR>&nbsp;&nbsp;As a result of survey on the attractive properties of investment in real estate, the guaranty factor of earnings was found to show the highest increase rate followed by the accessibility factor.
