A Research on the Expected Improvement Effect of Jangwi urban Renewal-Facilitating Model Project

CONTENTS<BR>&nbsp;&nbsp;(1) RESEARCH OBJECTIVES<BR>&nbsp;&nbsp;The Jangwi urban renewal-facilitating model project is being carried out by &quot;the special law for urban renewal-facilitating&quot; which was enforced in July 2006. This research aims to analyze the importance level and priority order for detailed plans of the project, present residential satisfaction level, and expected improvement effects after the project.<BR>&nbsp;&nbsp;(2) RESEARCH METHOD<BR>&nbsp;&nbsp;The analysis techniques of this research are composed of frequency analysis and cross-tab analysis.<BR>&nbsp;&nbsp;(3) RESEARCH RESULTS<BR>&nbsp;&nbsp;The cooperative members in the Jangwi model area estimated that the Jangwi urban renewal-facilitating model project would contribute to improving their dwelling circumstances considerably.<BR>&nbsp;&nbsp;2. RESULTS<BR>&nbsp;&nbsp;The members estimated that such conditions as pedestrian roads, vehicle roads and dwelling circumstances at present were lower in residential satisfaction level than any other conditions. However, they estimated that parks, dwelling circumstances and community infrastructures would be improved considerably after the project.
