A Study on the Role Distribution of Development Project for Building Land in Korea

The research objective of this study is the consideration for rational devices of role distribution of development project for building land in Korea.<BR>&nbsp;&nbsp;(2) RESEARCH METHOD<BR>&nbsp;&nbsp;legal analysis : Building Land Development Promotion Act in Korea<BR>&nbsp;&nbsp;(3) RESEARCH FINDINGS<BR>&nbsp;&nbsp;The consideration for rational devices is based on the present situation analysis of development project for building land in Korea.<BR>&nbsp;&nbsp;2. RESULTS<BR>&nbsp;&nbsp;As rational devices of role distribution of development project for building land in Korea, the following devices are required - the participation of private developers, the rational role distribution bet ween public and private developers, the rational role distribution among the public developers.
