CONTENTS<BR>&nbsp;&nbsp;(1) RESEARCH OBJECTIVES<BR>&nbsp;&nbsp;This study is aimed to suggest the improvement of building development planning service through the definition and establishment of the building development planning process and factors.<BR>&nbsp;&nbsp;(2) RESEARCH METHOD<BR>&nbsp;&nbsp;To achieve the research objectives, this study surveys and analyzes the theoretical models, project services and staffs! opinions related to the building development project.<BR>&nbsp;&nbsp;(3) RESEARCH RESULTS<BR>&nbsp;&nbsp;The results of this study are as follows, suggesting the building development planning process and factors.<BR>&nbsp;&nbsp;2. RESULTS<BR>&nbsp;&nbsp;The main purpose of this study is to define and establish the building development planning service. Based on analysis of the status review, such as theoretical models, project services and opinion surveys. The results of the study will be useful for building development project planning.
