건축도면을 활용한 지적도상의 건축물 등록 자동화 기술 개발

Developing Automatic Building Registration Technology to Cadastral Map Using Architectural Drawing

  현행 지적도에는 건축물 위치가 표시되지 않아 지적도 활용 시 건축물 위치 식별이 어렵고, 현황조사 측량에 따른 비용과 시간의 소요와 불편을 격고 있다. 실제로 실무분야에서는 건축물이나 구조물의 위치를 지상측량에 의한 성과만 제시되고 있을 뿐 지적도에 등록하여 관리하고 있지는 않다. 또한 반드시 지상측량에 의해서 건축물과 구조물을 등록하기에는 시간적, 경제적으로 큰 낭비를 초래하는 결과를 가져올 것이다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 기존연구에서 고려되지 못한 지붕선이나 처마선이 아닌 지적측량에서 기준이 되는 지상 외벽 경계선을 등록하기 위해 건축도면을 이용한 자동화 등록 기술을 개발하였다. 본 연구에서 개발한 자동 등록 기법으로 건축도면을 이용하여 지적도상에 건축물을 등록함에 있어 지상측량을 보완할 수 있었으며, 또한 3차원 지적 구축을 위한 기반을 조성하고, 지적재조사사업에서 건축물 등록의 시간과 경비를 획기적으로 절감할 수 있을 것이다.

  It is difficult to identify the position of buildings by using a cadastral map, because there remains unmarked positions of building. In addition to the waste of time and the inconvenience of land surveying, conflicts and suits caused by invasion of building boundary are happening. Also, registering the position of buildings and facilities under a cadastral surveying causes a severe waste of time and money. This study have developed to the automatic registration technology through the architectural drawing, in order to register the line of an outer wall, which is the rule in cadastral surveying. Consequently, it is possible for the automatic technology of building registration on the cadastral maps using architectural drawings to cut down for the time and cost in the cadastral re-survey, and make a foundation of 3D-cadastre.
