사례관리를 통한 교정복지실천 방안

A Study on the Method of Correction Welfare Practice through Case Management

&nbsp;&nbsp;교정복지에 있어서도 비행청소년과 범죄인의 재활에 있어 지역사회의 역할은 매우 중요하며 범죄인의 효과적인 재활을 위해서는 유용한 자원을 가지고 있는 지역사회가 적극적으로 참여해야 한다. 따라서 교정복지실천에 있어서도 범죄인이나 비행청소년을 시설에 두지 않고 자신들의 가정이나 보호관찰소 등 중간시설에서 생활하게 하면서 재범을 막고 사회적 활동을 지속하게 하면서 사례관리를 활용해 볼 수 있다.<BR>&nbsp;&nbsp;그러나 교정복지실천에서 사례관리를 보다 성공적으로 적용시키기 위해서는 몇 가지 과제가 요구되는데 첫째, 사회복지관의 주체적인 역할 둘째, 주체ㆍ관련 기관ㆍ단체 간 교류 셋째, 주요 자원봉사자의 발굴과 허용 넷째, 작은 활동과 장기적인 개입이다.

&nbsp;&nbsp;As a aspect of Correction Welfare, the role of community society is very important to rehabilitate to delinquency and criminal. And Community society have to participate in these rehabilitation. If delinquency and criminal are lived in a probation office or their house, we can reduce a second offense and they will participate society activity continuously.<BR>&nbsp;&nbsp;But to apply Case Management in Correction Welfare more successful there are demanded some conditions. First, social welfare organs have to participate actively. Second, they have to exchange of related organs and groups, third, to permit and find the main volunteer. Forth, it needs to interferent small activity continuously.
