&nbsp;&nbsp;교정복지실천의 기초 기술은 교정복지사로서 반드시 익혀야 할 기술로서 교정복지실천의 기본이 되며, 교정복지실천의 생산성과 효과성에도 영향을 미치는 만큼 매우 중요하다. 교정복지실천에 있어서 기초 기술를 확실하게 해 두어야 그 다음 단계에서의 성공 가능성이 높아지므로 교정복지사는 이러한 중요성을 깊이 인식하여야 하며, 앞으로 이러한 교정복지실천 기초 기술에 관하여 더욱 체계적이고 깊이있는 연구가 진행되어야 할 것이다.<BR>&nbsp;&nbsp;이러한 차원에서 본 고에서는 교정복지실천에서의 기초 기술을 살펴보고 실천현장에서의 과제들을 제시해 보고자 하였다.

For a success probability become high, a correction worker have to certain its basic skill.
