부산지역 가족여가 프로그램의 현황

An Analysis of Family-Leisure Programs in Busan Area

&nbsp;&nbsp;이 연구는 가족여가 프로그램의 현황을 알아보고 활성화 방안을 모색하기 위해 부산지역에 위치하고 있는 관련 기관(종합사회복지관, 건강가정지원센터, 기타 여성단체 등)의 프로그램 담당자를 대상으로 설문지와 면담을 통하여 자료를 수집하여 분석하였다. 이를 통해 얻어진 연구의 결과를 정리하면 다음과 같다.<BR>&nbsp;&nbsp;첫째, 부산지역 가족여가 프로그램의 전반적인 현황을 살펴본 결과 기관 당 평균 프로그램 개수는 1.4개, 운영기간은 32.7개월, 담당자의 담당기간은 21.4개월로 비교적 짧고 교육경험도 미비한 것으로 나타나 전문성이 미흡한 것으로 나타났다. 프로그램의 운영목적은 주로 ‘여가활동을 통한 기족관계증진’과 ‘가족에게 문화향수의 기회 제공’으로 밝혀졌다.<BR>&nbsp;&nbsp;둘째, 가족여가 프로그램의 내용을 분석한 결과 명칭은 ‘가족’이라는 단어와 보편적 가족가치를 지향하는 단어들을 많이 쓰고 있었고 그 목표로는 가족관계 강화 영역, 가족과 사회와의 적응력 강화, 가족여가 지원 영역, 자녀교육 영역으로 구성되어 있었으며 프로그램의 대상자는 일반가족, 가족생활주기별 가족, 한 부모 가족, 조손 가족, 다문화 가족 등으로 분류되어 부족하지만 다양한 가족들에게 프로그램을 서비스 하고 있다. 실시 횟수는 연 1~2회 시행되는 연중행사 프로그램과 월1회 정도의 프로그램이 많았고 내용별로는 대회나 축제형태의 프로그램, 나들이, 문화체험 형태와 캠프 형태, 가족단위 봉사프로그램, 체험과 교육, 정서, 문화 지원 등의 복합적 성격의 프로그램과 영화나 공연 관람 등의 단순문화향유 프로그램으로 분류되었다.<BR>&nbsp;&nbsp;셋째, 설문지와 면접을 통해 가족여가프로그램의 운영상의 어려움과 활성화 방안을 살펴본 결과 운영상의 어려움으로 예산확보의 어려움과 과중한 업무량, 프로그램 개발의 어려움 순으로 나타났으며 활성화 방안으로 충분한 예산과 프로그램 개발, 지역사회 연계를 중요한 요인으로 지적하고 있다.<BR>&nbsp;&nbsp;부산지역 기관의 가족여가 프로그램은 아직 활성화 단계에 있지 않고 인식도 부족하며 예산도 미흡한 실정이다. 따라서 관련 기관들은 보다 체계적인 요구도 분석과 계획을 통하여 다양한 프로그램을 개발하고 보다 객관적인 평가 시스템 구축과 피드백을 활용한 프로그램의 질 향상에 더욱 노력을 기울여야 할 것이다. 이러한 과정을 통해 검증된 가족여가 프로그램은 가족여가관련 시설의 확충, 가족여가문화에 대한 사회적 인식의 개선, 가족의 삶의 질을 높이기 위한 정책적 지원과 더불어 진정한 활성화의 길을 모색할 수 있을 것이다.

&nbsp;&nbsp;This study was conducted to explore the present conditions and the contents of Family Leisure Programs in Busan, and to find out various ways of activating the programs. The data were collected from 41 organizations that include 34 Social Welfare Centers, 2 Healthy Family Centers, and 5 NGOs. The results of this study were as follows.<BR>&nbsp;&nbsp;The general conditions of Family Leisure Programs were not actively cultivated in its&quot; numbers and contents, because periods of programs and educational experiences of programers were not enough. With the major goal of &quot;improvement of family relationship,&quot; the contents of the programs consisted of strengthening family relationship, activating the adaptation between family and the society, supporting family culture and leisure, and child education. In addition, the majority of these programs tended to be a one-off session. Also there were no big differences among programs of organizations.<BR>&nbsp;&nbsp;Family Leisure Programs has not be activated, require more basic knowledge relevant to family leisure among programers, and need sufficient budget for regularization. Thus, organizations concerned with these programs need more efforts to develop various programs through systematic analysis of demands and planning. In order to activate the Family Leisure Programs, it is essential to expand facilities relevant to family leisure, to improve social recognition of it, and to get financial support from the community.
