원주지역의 열섬현상에 관한 연구

A Study on the Urban Heat Island in Wonju City

  도시가 급속히 성장하면서 주거ㆍ상업ㆍ공공시설 등이 늘어나 녹지 면적이 줄어들고, 각종 인공 열과 대기오염 물질로 인해 도시 상공의 기온이 주변 지역보다 높아지는 현상이 생기기 시작하였다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 원주시의 도시 열섬 특성을 알아보고 대표적인 도심지역과 교외지역을 선정하여 열섬현상의 특성을 분석하고 원주시의 도시화와 열섬현상의 관계를 분석하여 그 원인을 파악하여 그 해결책을 제시하였다.

  Rapid expansion of cities represented by expansion of residence area, business area, and area for public facilities led to a reduction of green zone which culminated in a heat island phenomenon with various artificial heat and air pollutants. This research focuses on the characteristic of urban heat island in Won-ju city, comparing two regions representing urban center and suburb, analyzing the relationship between the urbanization of Won-ju city and heat island phenomenon of Won-ju city. The cause and effect of the relationship is analyzed along with the solution to the problem.
