SWOT 분석을 통한 생태유아교육 평가 전략 도출

To derive strategies of eco early childhood education evaluation from SWOT analysis

  생태유아교육 평가란 생명사상을 철학적 기초로 하여 유아교육 평가의 새로운 패러다임으로 아이 살림, 교사 살림, 교육 살림을 중요한 목적으로 한다. 본 연구에서는 생태유아교육평가를 보다 활성화하고 효율적으로 개발 연구하기 위해서 SWOT분석을 하였다. SWOT분석을 통해 생태유아교육평가의 내부의 강ㆍ약점과 외부의 기회ㆍ위협 요인 등을 파악하여 생태유아교육평가의 발생 가능한 요인들을 예측하고, 이에 대응하기 위한 최적의 전략방안을 도출하여 활용하고자 하였다. 생태유아교육 평가의 전략으로 첫째 새로운 패러다임의 유아교육평가 차별화 달성, 둘째 생태유아교육평가의 현실적 실행 기반 구축, 셋째 지속적인 생태유아교육 평가체제 구축으로 나타났다.

&nbsp;&nbsp;The Eco-Early Childhood Education, a new paradigm of philosophical basis in the field of early childhood education, stresses the importance of practical life basis. Therefore, the evaluation of the Eco-Early Childhood Education make three parts of living ; ‘living of child’, ‘living of teacher’ and ‘living of education’ which they are important point of reference<BR>&nbsp;&nbsp;This research uses SWOT analysis in order to study eco early childhood education evaluation more efficiently. Through SWOT analysis, We were able to grasp both internal strength and weakness and external opportunity and threat factors of Eco-Early Childhood Education Evaluation. In addition, we were able to predict possible factors of Eco-Early Childhood Education Evaluation. To respond to that, we found the optimal strategy plan and wanted to take advantage.<BR>&nbsp;&nbsp;Using the strategy of eco early childhood education evaluation, we were able to achieve three main points. Firstly, this study could differentiate Eco-Early Childhood Education evaluation from existing evaluations. Secondly, this study created a realistic base for the pratice of Eco-Early Childhood Education evaluation. Lastly, this study creates ongoing evaluation system of eco early childhood education evaluation.
