유아교육기관의 도농교류활동에 관한 문화기술적 사례연구

An Ethnographic Case Study on Urban-Rural Exchange Program of Child Education Institutes

  본 연구는 농촌이 처한 어려움을 극복하는 동시에 도시민들에게 농업ㆍ농촌에 대한 가치를 일깨움으로써 도농상생의 길을 모색하고자 하는 취지로 유아교육기관에서 실시되었던 도농교류활동을 문화기술적인 방법으로 살펴보고자 하였다. 이를 위하여 부산ㆍ경남지역의 유아 10명, 학부모 101명, 교사 10명, 농촌주민 6명에 대하여 참여관찰, 심층면담을 하였고, 관련문서자료를 수집ㆍ분석하였다. 그 결과, 도농 교류활동의 계절별 활동 내용을 구체적으로 파악하였고, 도농교류활동이 참여자들에게 가지는 의미는 농업ㆍ농촌을 만나는 아이들, 생명을 기르는 어른들, 희망을 품는 농촌으로 요약되었다. 이와 같은 결과를 통하여 도농교류활동이 도시민에게는 농업활동의 의미와 가치를 일깨우고, 농촌주민에게는 활력을 불어넣음으로써 도농상생의 장치가 될 수 있음을 확인할 수 있었다.

  In this investigation, urban rural exchange activities done by child education institutes was looked into to find out a way to co-prosperity between urban community and rural community, helping rural community overcome their difficult financial situation and helping the urban community realize the value of rural community at the same time. To this end, participatory in-depth interview was done in the region of Susan, Gyeongnam among 2,588 children and 3,920 parents, 2,704 teachers, 356 rural residents, and the relevant documents and data are collected. And the seasonal activities of urban-rural exchange activities are specified and the meaning of the program to the participants is summarized as such the children who meet farming and farming village, the adult who raise life, and the village that has hope. And it is found that the program can be a means that help urban residents realize the meaning of agricultural activities and their values while giving some vitality to rural communities.
