보육교사교육원의 교육만족도에 관한 연구

A Proposal Study on Trainees" Satisfaction of the Training Schools for the Daycare Teachers

&nbsp;&nbsp;본 연구는 보육교사교육원에 참여하는 교육원생들의 교육만족도가 어떠한지를 조사하여 교육대상자의 만족도를 극대화시킬 수 있는 방안을 모색하고자 하는 데 목적이 있다.<BR>&nbsp;&nbsp;보육교사교육원 졸업생의 교육만족도는 교육원의 업무처리나 서비스 친절성 등의 행정영역에서 높았다. 또한 보육교사교육원 졸업생의 입학동기가 높을수록 교육만족도가 높았으며, 특히, 보육교사교육원 졸업생의 개인적 목적에 대한 동기는 교육내용이나 학생활동과 진로지도에 대한 교육만족도에 영향을 주었으며, 사회복지 측면의 입학동기는 행정에 대한 교육만족도에 영향을 주었다.

&nbsp;&nbsp;This study has the purpose of considering ways to maximize trainees&quot; satisfaction of the given education in training schools for the day care teachers through satisfaction.<BR>&nbsp;&nbsp;To accomplish this purpose, the subjects of the study were 452 alumni from 3 training schools for the daycare teachers in Gyeong-gi Province through 3 weeks with questionnaires which modified many previous studies. The collected data were analyzed by t-test, one-way anova and multiple regression analysis.<BR>&nbsp;&nbsp;For the education satisfaction of the alumni, they show the highest satisfaction with the school administration such as service management or kindness. Aged over 30, high school graduates or graduate alumni and married people generally show high education satisfaction. Trainees with high satisfaction with their education have related job after graduation.
