The present study aimed at investigating the English learning style preferences of Korean EFL learners. To this end, two hundred and six students from three different universities took part in the study. A 10-item language learning preference questionnaire adopted from Brindley (1984) employed to elicit information for the study. The data obtained were subjected to Chi-square tests in order to check the significance of the difference between responses. Results showed the learning preferences of the students in different areas. The varied and uneven distribution of learning styles among learners implies that, as English as a Foreign Language teachers, it is important to be aware of the feature of learning style preference among learners and to respond flexibly by employing a broad range of teaching strategies to better reach students of different learning preferences.
