T-11형 팔레트의 냉장ㆍ냉동창고 표준화에 대한 연구

Standardization of T-11 Types Pallets in refrigeration and freezing warehouses

  본 연구에서는 냉장ㆍ냉동 창고의 물류 표준화에 대한 연구 중 T-11형 팔레트 사용에 대한 인식을 고찰하였다. 이를 위해 냉장ㆍ냉동 창고를 대상으로 실태조사를 하여 일반현황 및 팔레트 사용현황, T-11형 팔레트 사용 이전과 이후의 항목별 물류비 비중을 분석하였으며, T-11형 팔레트의 사용이유와 사용하지 않는 이유에 있어 T-검정을 통해 분석하였다. 분석결과, 보관방법의 개선을 위해서 T-11형 팔레트를 사용한다는 항목이 매출액 50억원을 기준으로 두 집단에서 유의함을 보였으며, T-11형 팔레트를 사용하지 않는 이유로 보관효율의 저하와 안전상의 문제, 두 가지 항목이 두 집단에서 유의함을 보였다(p<0.05). 또한 냉장ㆍ냉동 창고에서 현재 보유/사용 중인 팔레트로 나무재질의 1200*1000 규격이 가장 많이 사용되는 것으로 나타났으며, 1100*1100 팔레트 사용율은 22.08%로 나타났다. 정부차원에서 물류표준화를 추진하고 있으며 기업들도 정부의 정책 요구에 의해 표준화에 동참하고 있으나, 냉장ㆍ냉동 창고의 특성 상 일반 창고의 표준화 도입과는 차이가 있는 것으로 나타났다.

&nbsp;&nbsp;This Study focuses on standardization of refrigeration and freezing warehouses, especially pallets. We conducted a survey on refrigeration and freezing warehouses. We analyzed general status, using rate by each pallets type through t-test.<BR>&nbsp;&nbsp;The analysis shows that the use of T-11 type pallet to improve storage condition was meaningful in both groups with turnover of five-billion won as the standard. As for the reason not to use T-11 type pallet, two items-loss of storage efficiency, safety problem-proved to be meaningful in both groups.<BR>&nbsp;&nbsp;The most common pallets used by refrigeration and freezing warehouses were 1200×l000 sized wooden pallets, and 22.08% were 1100×1100 sized one. Although the government has promoted the standardization of logistics refrigeration and freezing warehouses showed low using rate of T-11 pallets, which turned out significantly different from that of ordinary warehouses.
