Land development by the privqte sector is much subjects that must solve under present systematic situation. Land utilization restriction, reinforcement of the floor area ratio and complexity of administration etc. is making land development more hardly. This factor Is doing to limit more participation of private of land development. Therefore, purpose of this research analyzes effect that change of development environment gets to a land development of private. And, consider the confrontation.
