A Study on an attitudes survey of Resident of Appropriable Money for Long-Term Maintenance of Operation

&nbsp;&nbsp;The purpose of this study is to find ways to efficient management to the apartment house by residence&quot;s the awareness of difference about repair reserve fund in the long term.<BR>&nbsp;&nbsp;As the study method, collected low-data from both literature study and survey, frequency analysis and cross analysis arranged statistically by SPSS/WIN(12.0). The result of study that were clarified 1) a difference as a occupation, the number of households, a shape of own from residence, 2) a difference as reasonable assessment about repair reserve fund in the long term, a charge of subject, a way to the supply of construction-expense, 3) a difference as the interest regarding the administrative action of subject of management itemize yes or no of the repair reserve fund in the long term and management expenses, 4) a difference as problem experience yes or no of repair reserve fund in the long term, interest in education of repair reserve fund in the long term.
