A Study on Plans for Activating the Real Estate Finance System

  The real estate specializing and the real estate investment market have not been successfully working relatively in light of general estate specializing"s active progression. Since this is caused by lack of preparation of the market circumstance and infrastructure, real estate financial system"s construction is needed. Plans which this study is about to suggest will be improvement plans for constructing the real estate financial system. In order to make various real estate financial systems be successful, it is thought that advancement of the real estate culture and construction of the infrastructure about real estate related information in Korea are urgently needed. In the past in Korea, the real estate market and culture could be said to have some unadvanced elements such as unopened information about real estate, and unclearness of its transactions as it had been. Therefore in order that various systems dealing with real estate finance may be successfully operated in Korea, it is thought that such subjects like opening of real estate related information, development of real estate investment indexes and construction of real estate related information infrastructure should be carried out in Korea.
