A Study on the Aesthetic Exterior Design Factors of Apartment

&nbsp;&nbsp;The purposes of this study is to deduce Exterior design factors of apartment.<BR>&nbsp;&nbsp;To find the design factors, this study analyzes the apartment trends by consumer needs, the apartment design factors in documentary records, the expected change factors of apartment design followed by the changes of the law, and a guide of public offices.<BR>&nbsp;&nbsp;The aesthetic design factors to improve the value of apartment are divided into space, form and view.<BR>&nbsp;&nbsp;The space factors are site plans by units, sight openness, life environment facilities. The form factors are exterior mass design, pent house design, and material design. The view factors are main gate design, view lighting, color design, and brand design.<BR>&nbsp;&nbsp;Based with these data, we can improve apartment exterior design, at the same time the apartment value by design, and the urban view.<BR>&nbsp;&nbsp;This study supplies the basis of study about how much the apartment exterior design factors can influence the decisions of apartment prices.
