Daejeon Metro city has gone ahead with a plan to develop suburbs of the city like Noeun, Ga-o, Kwanjeo and etc.<BR> In the result of development, expansion of city and tend towards multiple nuclei city make the city space structure transformed and it changes the density of population and the distribution of land prices also. In those process, to estimate real-state exactly is emphasized essentially. That"s why a model of estimation for real-state for Daejeon metro city should be need.<BR> It regards to statistics but it needs continual analyze using several Independent variables.
