Reits is Introduced into Korea to improve financial industry and promote the securitization of real estate after the Asian financial crisis. But K-Reits market still has many conditions to be supplemented. And through the analysis of J-Reits market, we can take some lessons for better K-Reits market.<BR> The conclusion of this paper is as follows. First. expanding demand of K-Reits by share tax cut. Second, making REIT index or including Reits in major stock indexes like MCSI for rational investment decision-making. Also, like fund of funds, diversifying new bonds and derivatives included Reits. Third, enhancing Reits trade in stock market by increasing the negotiability of Reits and reforming the related systems.
