The aim of this reaearch is to study the relationship between phonological awareness abilities and articulation correctness in pre-school children between 4 to 6 years of age. In this paper we applied Picture Consonants Articulation Test for articulation correctness, and utilized previously researched data in Korea and abroad for phonological awareness test. So the result of the study is as follows; Statistical relationship between phonological awareness abilities and articulation correctness were not indicated in gender and age. Total articulation correctness and total phonological awareness abilities showed mildly significant statistical relationship among them. Total phonological awareness abilities, and subphonological awareness abilities showed significant statistical relationship among them.
